Cancellation Policy
Client Booking & Cancellation Policy – Suprabhat Clinic ✅ Online Booking Rules: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments online anytime before the session. Early Bookings: Appointments can be booked up to X days/weeks in advance (you can set this limit based on your clinic schedule). Late Bookings: Same-day bookings may be limited based on availability. ❗ Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Free Cancellation: More than 24 hours before the appointment – ₹0 fee. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If cancelled or missed within 1 hour of the appointment, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
